Terms & conditions:

Deposit

All bookings will be considered to be  provisional bookings. In order to confirm a booking, the full amount or a deposit (50%) of the total stay may be required. In the event of non-payment of a deposit, the guesthouse reserves the right to cancel any bookings without notice or liability to the client.

Cancellations

General rule for cancellations prior to arrival is:

• Less than 7 days, full amount of stay is payable
• From 7 -14 days, 75% of the full amount of the stay is payable
• From 14 -21 days, 50% of the full amount of the stay is payable
• From 21-30 days, 25% of the full amount of the stay is payable
• For all other cancellations we charge costs for bank fee/commission  (3% of the paid amount)

No show:

Full amount of reserved stay is payable

Early departures:

Full amount of confirmed period of stay is payable
